Rather than you relying on someone else to relieve your discomfort, I can teach you Jin Shin Jyutsu’s easy-to-do self-care routines. This will enable you to treat yourself when symptoms arise. The self-care I will show you ranges from simple finger holds to more complicated sequential holding patterns on various areas of your body that need attention.
